Circa 1920's, France
Classic molded
glass dome shaped light.
Stylized geometric floral design with zig-zag theme.
Molded signature, Muller Freres Luneville, near the center of the
dome.
Traditionally
these were suspended from three silk ropes
that had the wiring hidden within.
This is offered
with a Modern take on this design-the satin nickel finished
light fixture has 3 steel wires with satin nickel caps to suspend
the chandelier.
The wiring and light sockets (3) are suspended from the
fixture center,
making the bulbs very easy to change.
This has also allowed us to use this fixture on a 8' ceiling,
as the wire cables are adjustable and can be used shortened.
We have additional add-on center posts to lower the sockets as well,
if you choose to use this on a taller ceiling. These parts are
included.
Of course you may
use the original 1920's molded glass shade
with ropes again to bring it back to the 1920's.

4" high alone. 15 " in Diameter.
Flush mounted Installed as shown: 9 " from ceiling to bottom of
glass Dome.
(5" between top of glass and ceiling.)
Condition: 1920's
Original glass dome is in good original condition;
some 'flea bites' inside edges and interior bubbles as shown.
Wear is consistent with age. Modern electrical Fixture is wired for
the U.S.
