French Modernist Figural Bronze Giraffe
Circa 1950's, France

 

Wonderful, petite bronze stylized Modernist Giraffe sculpture.
His legs are folded under him and he holds his head high.
He is seated on the original sculpted marble base with a two tone patina.
This giraffe has a polished bronze body with spots that are a copper patina.
He has two knobs / horns on top of his head. 

A charming decorative statue for a console or sofa table, desk, side table, nightstand or vanity.
A wonderful gift for someone who collects giraffes.
Unfortunately the Artist is unknown as there is no signature to identify.

Dimensions: 11 3/8" high. 7 3/8" wide, 3 1/2" deep.

Condition: In excellent original condition, patina intact
