French Art Deco / Cubist Wounded Panther Statue

Wonderful and all original cubist Panther statue.
This panther has been shot with an arrow in his hind leg and is growling with pain.
Cast in a white metal, with a gunmetal finish. 
Resting on a multi-colored onyx and marble base: brown beige onyx top,
black marble and green onyx base sides and facing.

Artist signature on the tail (see photo below) A. or L. Notari.
This may be a pseudonym for another artist.

Dimensions: 13" wide, 9 3/4" high, 5" deep with paw overhang-4 5/8" deep marble base.

Condition: This is all original and the onyx and arrow is intact.
Often these statues have had the arrow broken off and patched.
The base has a few age appropriate flea bites. The metal statues sows age appropriate wear.
