Female Dancer Statue

Beautiful and graceful dancer
statue. She is wearing a textured bodysuit and headpiece.
It has a rich deep green patina with raised, circular gilded
accents.
She is holding a polished bronze ball with the other arm
outstretched behind her.
On a two tier green marble base. Signed on underside of her raised
foot, 'Grisard' and 'Bronze'.
Henri Desire Grisard (Born 1872 - ?)
was a French Sculptor who first achieved fame during the Art Nouveau
era, creating beautiful statues and decorative objects. His pieces
from the Art Deco era are quite rare.
Dimensions: 6 3/8" wide, 3 5/8"
deep, 11 1/2" high.
Condition: Statue is in excellent
original condition. The marble base has age appropriate flea bites.
