Jay Spectre
Eclipse Chairs, Pair
Vintage Modern Club Chairs
Designed by Jay Spectre for Century Furniture
Circa 1986, American

Art Deco inspired
chairs created by noted furniture & interior designer,
the late great Jay Spectre. Spectre designed an entire collection
for
Century Furniture back in the 1980’s. It was quality construction
with
an Art Deco inspired contemporary flair.
These sleek chairs
have a bleached hardwood (white oak) frame
and round tubular chrome plated front legs. Very architectural
design.
The original crème leather upholstery has a horizontal 8 channel
design,
that subtly graduates in size from top to bottom, keeping the
comfort and shape intact.
