Art Nouveau Carved Walnut Bed

French Antique pair of twin beds created during the Art Nouveau era to create a large (then) King size.
These were intended for use together, as the inside side rails were made without decoration,
unlike the outer side rails, that feature a flowing profile with raised decorative trim.
Classic Art Nouveau organic design details. Hand crafted of solid hand carved Walnut.
Flowing design theme with bamboo stalks and rounded leaves.
Includes, headboards, footboards and side rails.

Overall Dimensions: interior of bed frame is 7'2" wide, side rails, 6'6" long

Each Headboard: 44 ¾” wide, 58 1/8” high, 1 5/8” thick.
Each footboard: 43 ¾” wide, 39 ¾” high, 1 5/8” thick.
Side rails: 77 ¾” wide, 14 ¾” high of floor at center. Side rail itself is 7-13" high.

Condition: In very good original condition. Rich Matte finish.
