Grand French Art Deco Hand Wrought Lighted Iron Wall Clock

Spectacular, Large hand wrought iron French Art Deco period wall clock
with lighted face and electric mechanism.
Very high quality with a beautiful original patina.
Provenance: This clock was removed from a Bank in France,
that was rumored to have been designed by Ruhlmann in the 1920’s.
Hand
Wrought Iron casing, frame and Roman Numerals.
Fluted detail at top and bottom of clock, fluid scroll decoration at each
side.
Frosted acrylic panel with the numerals attached with screws.
Original Skyscraper design black metal hands.
Dimensions: 24 ½ "high, 35" wide, 7" projection
Please note, this clock is solid iron and VERY heavy.
You MUST reinforce the wall that this will be mounted on.
Condition: Iron is in excellent original condition, with patina intact.
The acrylic face has been replaced. The interior clock working is missing.
I believe this was an electric clock that was also lighted.
Price includes hardwire or corded clock mechanism and lighting upon request.
We can also put in a battery mechanism if you prefer.
